our master baker, is a graduate of Dunwoody Institute, Minneapolis, MN for
"Cake and Pastry Art." Bill has also attended mini-courses at the Culinary
Institute of America in New York. For thirteen years Bill has been baking
our delicious cakes and has the chemistry of baking down to a fine art.
Bill is the one who makes sure that the cakes taste as great as they look!
