"The International School of Confectionery Art" Gaithersburg, MD. and studied
with Colette Peters of NY, a nationally recognized cake designer/decorator
and author. Lisa is renowned for her outstanding calligraphy and extraordinary
custom artwork, working with her palette of icings on a canvas of fondant
icing achieving stunning results.
